The Holiday season is upon us again; if you're anything like me, you may be doing your Christmas shopping a tad bit later than everyone else. But, it's the season for giving and spreading joy, so before i give you a list of my top brands where you can shop for this holiday season. Please remember that spreading love, whether it's with a card or letter of encouragement, a gesture of kindness to a stranger, or calling up someone to share some encouraging words, does it. It's a gift that has no price tag on it. Shopping for someone may sometimes get tough; granted, some would prefer to shop on a budget or don't know what to get someone. But, critical advice, always get thoughtful gifts and spend what you know you can. For this segment, i am highlighting some smaller businesses with superb quality products, comfortability in mind, and prices that make sense that you or your loved ones will forever cherish and love. I have accumulated a list of some of my favorite brands.
Standard Issue Tees: Slacker pant.
Standard issue tees: Don't let the name stray you away; Standard Issue Tees has a large selection of thermals, hoodies, tees, home goods, sweatpants, and must i add very relaxed slacker pants and selvage denim.

OBRA : TAUPE HEAVY SUEDE BUCKLED MULE
Obra: A company that prides itself on comfort and wearability, a reason why i love this brand, they have many options for a sneaker that fits your style and personality. The Performance polyamide footbed lining, cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Probably my utmost favorite part of the shoe, but of course, the designs are A1.

BLLUEMADE:CHORE COAT IN BROWN CORDUROY
My friends at Blluemade keep bringing the heat!! If you read our conversation issue, you should be hip to this brand by now. But if you haven't, here is your chance, get your read on. Even though they specialize in linen, they've added some corduroy pieces to their collection.

AVENUE 88:CHARCOAL HOODIE
With a positive message on their merchandise, " you're perfect, just the way you are, Avenue 88 gives a reason to be kind to ourselves and others. Avenue 88 makes an excellent gift for your special someone or just family members. Their hoodies are very comfortable and can quickly become one of your go-to pieces in your closet.

From great prices to excellent quality, on vintage wear. Rossie.JRD is a brand i stumbled upon during a pop-up shop. He has a variety of vintage trucker hats from your favorite teams.
Personal Pick: Navy New York Yankee vintage trucker hat. $60
Wilder
Sustainability is everything in fashion, so shopping vintage is a major priority. I stumbled into Wilder, owned by Susan Lee some time back, and instantly fell in love with the store's clothing and vibe. The rework on some classic pairs of denim did it for me. So if you're a denim lover, this is the place you need to be. The store is also beautifully curated with other small businesses, from handmade soaps, body oils, and other essential pieces. If you’re in LA shop in person, the vibe is everything.

KIDSUPER
I could not have done my holiday gift guide without adding a KIDSUPER product here. The evolution of kIDSUPER is just something i will forever be proud of, what Colm is doing with this brand is fantastic, and it will always be a go-to brand for me. So if you're coming across this and never heard of the brand, i am hoping it will become your go-to brand.
